Attending an HBCU was truly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the culture and history to my dance team and education, Jackson State University will always hold a special place in my heart. After graduating, I moved to LA and began a completely new life and chapter in the fashion industry. Along the way, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting some amazing women who have become family.
Living so far from home can be challenging, so being able to bring a little piece of Jackson to the West Coast meant so much to me.
I wore my super cute JSU letterman jacket paired with a preppy pleated skirt and a crisp button-up top. To finish the look, I added a tie, loafers, and ankle socks, such a fun outfit! I’m so happy I got to show my frAMILY a great time at the HBCU Classic ‘25!
