I took a trip to Washington, DC with my amazing family and I would do it again!
DC is a must visit city filled with so much culture and positive vibes. From the National Mall, to the “Obama” White House, and even the National Museum of African American History. Georgetown was so charming and welcoming. I enjoyed the site-seeing and amazing restaurants.
DC definitely gave me preppy and playful, which lead me to showcase pinstripes in my look. The color navy blue is the common and worn piece when its comes to pinstripes so, why not dress it up…. or down! Instead of wearing the typical pinstripe blazer, I added a poppy red v-neck with an oversize fit. I featured my checkered print crossbody bag which really came in handy while touring around the city. This look combined so well with the DC aesthetics and historian appreciation of the culture.
