When your talented friends are Fashion Designers and Fashion Stylist, it’s always a blessing to be able to support. I had to absolute pleasure of attending “Rest Here, Its Okay” fashion exhibit and OpenAir SS25 debuted fashion show. Both events displayed clothing and accessories within a museum and gallery setting, to showcase the artistry, history, and cultural significance of fashion.
This night was the perfect excuse for me to wear one of my favorite stable pieces, which are blazers. Blazers are such a staple in every modern woman's wardrobe. The relaxed yet structured shoulders make them perfect for the office or an evening out. If you don’t have one, I highly suggest you invest! Selecting this grey tone blazer with black double breasted buttons that fits so comfortably was only half the process. I added a white detachable collar for more elevation and paired this look with red lace pants. This spring lace is taking over the fashion scene with its refined elegance and sexy seduction. If you want to make a bold fashion statement with your lace pants, consider pairing them with a statement jacket. A statement jacket can elevate your lace pants and make them the prime focus of your outfit. Lace flare pants can be perfect for balancing out wider hips, as the flared silhouette draws attention to the lower leg and creates a more proportional look.
